mint leaves
red food color
Procedure- mix little red color into the cream so that it turns pink. Now make 3 plum's pure, it would be reddish in color. Now add it into the cream. Scoop the cream on a plate. Cut a plum into two halves. Garnishes and mint cut plums on the cream. SERVE!!!
